Here are answers about how our systems work and how they are supported.

Who is actually hosting the sites? 

The sites are hosted by Christopher Burkey and technical support staff. The hardware and connectivity is provided by EV1 Server from Houston Texas.

Where do we get info on packages and pricing?

Each package is custom tailored for each member of OpenEdit Group. The pricing starts at $30 per month.

What is your your technical support like?

Our new hosting technical support is very good. We know OpenEdit inside and out and have the top experts all working together to answer any questions. There is no better way to get your questions answered and make sure your system is in top shape. Because we are the hosting provider we can take responsibility for the system.

Does this affect existing clients?

Clients are welcome to move to our system or we still offer back up support to other hosting providers.

Have you upgraded existing clients to 5.0? If no, do you have plans to do so and is there a cost?

We are upgrading existing clients. We typically will upgrade them when there is some problem that they need help with. Any client who host with us can be upgraded at any time at no cost to them.

How will you inform existing clients of specific changes and train them (and us) in operation?

We send out periodic updates on new features in our newsletter. We are offer free training to any group members. For your clients we can setup custom training as needed.
